Design-Build is a construction delivery method that provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. Honored with multiple industry awards, the Titus Built integrated design-build approach allows our projects to move forward, seamlessly, from concept to completion – with one team.
From the client point of view, this means a single point of contact for all the phases of the project. We incorporate project feasibility and value engineering into the design, construction and product selection process – and with our own workshop, we build our own custom cabinetry too, ensuring a keen attention to schedule.

With a degree in construction engineering and an early career working for an architecture firm and a residential builder, heading the construction division of an energy services company, and a national corporation’s real estate and planning division, Jeff launched Titus Built in 1995.
In 2006, Titus Built was named a Big 50 remodeler by Remodeling Magazine—a status achieved by less than 2% of remodelers nationwide. At Titus Built, we follow the design-build model of construction – focusing on professionalism and integrity, paired with exemplary craftsmanship and best business practices.
